Farmhouse in Gozo Xaghra

This fully air-conditioned modern terraced house of character was built to very high specifications with great attention to detail. It has an east/west orientation and is located within the village core of Xaghra Gozo. The hall entrance on the ground floor leads to the open plan living/dining/kitchen areas overlooking the swimming pool, the heated Jacuzzi (via a heat pump) and a large recreational deck area. The modern kitchen has built-in appliances and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The hall also leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which was designed with the elderly or infirm in mind. The large westerly facing front terrace has long-reaching valley views towards the surrounding countryside extending to Marsalforn, Zebbug and San Lawrenz in the far distance. This terrace also incorporates a five-seater Jacuzzi with 52 jets. Another smaller open terrace looks towards the east with rumbling fields and views of the sea. On clear days Sicily and Mount Etna can be seen. This terrace also overlooks the pool area on the ground floor. The doors and windows are double glazed with sun reflective properties and all roofs have been fully insulated. Provision of hot water is through a 300l economical Bosch heat pump. The front entrance encompasses a carport with a motorized roller shutter.
